I am giving up my birthday prezzies to help families facing blood cancer!

I chose Lukemia foundation as it's very close to my heart, due to losing my mum in 2021 to Acute myeloid leukemia.

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is the most common type of acute leukemia, though it is rare, accounting for only about 1% of all cancers overall. AML is also the most fatal type of leukemia. The five-year survival rate for AML, that is, how many people will be alive 5 years after diagnosis, is 29.5%.

For my birthday this year, if you're planning on getting me a pressie please donate to my Lukemia Foundation fundraiser in a way to help me celebrate in making a difference in someone elses life.

My plan this year is to reach minimum of $500  so I have kicked it off slightly early. 

Small donations such a cost of daily cup of coffee could make such a big difference to someone 🤍

Today, 53 Australians will be told that they have blood cancer and tomorrow – another 53 families will be devastated by the same news.

This year, I am dedicating my birthday to help these families make it through!
