The Best-Birthday-Ever! Prezzee Promotion is a prize draw where five people are selected at random from all eligible supporter entries according to the terms and conditions below.
The Prize pool consists of 5 x Prezzee e-gift cards, valued at $500 each.

- The promoter is Leukaemia Foundation of Australia LTD (ABN 57057493017) of 213-217 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 (telephone 07 3318 4418) ('Promoter').
- Entries for the Best-Birthday-Ever Prezzee Promotion open on 5 July 2021 and close on 30 July, 2021.
- To be entered into the draw – you must enter a valid email address and phone number via the online ‘save the date’ form or online registration between 5 July and 30 July 2021.
- Registration at birthdays.leukaemia.org.au or https://birthdays.leukaemia.org.au/contests/ is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- All personal and sensitive information associated with the proposed fundraising activity and competition will be handled in accordance with the Leukaemia Foundation's Privacy Policy.
- Participants will be entered into the prize draw once only. Multiple entries are not permitted and will be discarded from the draw.
- Deadlines (date/time) advertised per draw are not negotiable. Winner will be selected from eligible entrants by random formula using Random Draws.
- The Prize draw entry is open to Australian registrants who meet the entrance criteria for the prize.
- Draw to be held on 2 August, 2021 at 12pm AEST using www.randomdraws.com/au at 213-217 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 (telephone 07 3318 4418).
- Draw winner will be notified on 2 August, 2021 by phone and email.
- Draw publication date will be on 2 August, 2021 at 213-217 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 (telephone 07 3318 4418).
- The winner must acknowledge their acceptance of the Prize via email or telephone by 30 August, 2021, otherwise a redraw will take place on 31 August, 2021.
- The Prize must be used within 12months of the e-gift card being issued to the winner.
- The Prize, hosted by Preezee will be emailed to the Winner, via online gift card to the winners confirmed email address on or after 03 August, 2021.
- In the event of a redraw the draw publication date will be on 31 August, 2021 at 213-217 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 (telephone 07 3318 4418).
- In the event that a prize is not claimed prize will be retained by the Leukaemia Foundation.
- The prizes and awards must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to take the prizes and awards as stated. Awards and prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
- The Promoter, and all suppliers of prizes and awards, will not be liable for any loss, theft, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion, or the use of any award and prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- The prizes and awards will be allocated nationally and are not determined based on the location of the individual.
- Individual participants give permission for the Leukaemia Foundation to list their name on the Leukaemia Foundation website birthdays.leukaemia.org.au as well as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter operated by the Leukaemia Foundation.
- Registration at birthdays.leukaemia.org.au is subject to registration terms and conditions.

- The Leukaemia Foundation reserves the right to withdraw your entry in the Best-Birthday-Ever Prezzee Promotion at any time if it appears your fundraising activities are in breach of the community standards and values.
- The Leukaemia Foundation is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition, fundraising activities or the use of, or participation in, the awards.
- Leukaemia Foundation employees are not eligible to enter the draw.
